TERMS OF USE

Before placing your order, please carefully read the following terms of transaction, which govern your purchases from our online store.

MY PREMIUM VAPE products are not a method of quitting or reducing smoking, but an alternative way of smoking.
Furthermore, the use of electronic cigarettes by people sensitive to nicotine, by people suffering from cardiovascular problems, hypertension, diabetes and people under medication for depression or asthma, is PROHIBITED, without prior information and permission from their treating physician.

The Company assumes no responsibility for any damage to health caused by the use of its Products, in the event of their use by people with health problems, despite its instructions to the contrary as stated above.

  1. All our products are intended for people over 18 years of age, while sale to minors is prohibited. Buyers must be over 18 years of age.
  2. Some of our products contain nicotine, a toxic and addictive substance and are intended for use by adults and not by children or pregnant women.
  3. Our products do not have any medicinal properties.
  4. If you experience any side effects, stop using the product and consult a doctor immediately.
  5. Their use is at your own risk.

A prerequisite for completing any purchase from our online store is the understanding and acceptance of the above terms.

At MY PREMIUM VAPE we present the photos of the products on our site as faithfully as possible. This is not always possible and depends on many immeasurable factors (screen, printer, etc.). MY PREMIUM VAPE cannot guarantee that the colors depicted on our site are exactly the same as the final product.

All trademarks and names depicted or referred to on our site are acknowledged as the property of their respective owners.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Free shipping concerns shipments within Greece. All shipments outside of Greece has extra shipping cost. After you place your order our sales department will contact you about the shipping cost. In case you don’t agree with the shipping cost the order will be cancelled.

For items delivered to outside the European Union, you may be subject to additional charges for VAT and, when applicable, customs duties in your country. In any case these charges are paid by the customer even if the parcel returned back to us due to prohibition from your country’s custom office.

AVAILABILITY

The order process is finalized only with the confirmation email from the company MY PREMIUM VAPE. If for some reason it cannot be completed, there is communication from the company to the customer and in consultation the order is formed or canceled.

a. Electronic Order:
  1. The User, in order to order the Company’s Products, must register on the website, choose a username and password.
  2. The User will then be able to select the Product he wishes to purchase, with the desired characteristics (e.g. color, etc.) and quantity and place it in his cart.
  3. The prices listed next to each product as the final price include the legal VAT. The prices listed do not include the shipping cost. The total cost (including shipping costs) is confirmed upon completion of the order.
  4. The User must then select the desired payment method according to the following section.

PAYMENT METHODS

  1. Payment can be made via account or credit card
  2. Payment can be made by cash on delivery upon receipt of your goods (only for Greece and only for small volume and weight parcels sent by Courier).
  3. By deposit to a bank account
    The deposit is made to the Company’s bank accounts with the reason for the deposit, the User’s name and order number, in order to avoid any delays.
    After completing your order, you will be contacted by the accounting department to complete the deposit. Cooperating banks: Eurobank, Piraeus Bank, National Bank, Alpha Bank.

DEVICE WARRANTY

Your device is covered by a 2-year warranty unless otherwise stated.

The 2-year warranty covers the electronic board of your device against any material failure from the factory.

In the event of a mechanical failure, e.g. a knock or broken glass, it must be reported immediately (within the same day) to the company staff so that the defective product can be replaced. In the case of mechanical failure, replacement is only made if the product has not been used and is in its original condition as received.

The repair process in the event of damage takes approximately 15 days from the moment we receive it.

All transportation costs to and from the company are entirely borne by the customer.

The devices may be numbered with a special sticker which will prove that the sale was made by MY PREMIUM VAPE. If the sticker is removed, the warranty automatically ceases to apply under any circumstances.

All products may be unsealed to confirm that the contents of the package are correct.

Caution

Examples of what is not covered by the warranty

  • The glass or plastic of the atomizer and the atomizer in general. If there is a failure in the atomizer, this must be reported to the store staff immediately on the same day of purchase.
  • The device buttons. The device buttons are manufactured to withstand normal stress. In the event that the button does not work properly, it is possible to repair it for a fee of 10 to 15 euros depending on the device.
  • The usb port. The charging plug only goes in one direction. In the event that the port breaks or gets stuck, the port can be repaired for a fee of 10 to 15 euros depending on the device.
  • Humidity. The electronic board is sensitive to any type of humidity. Possible causes that can cause moisture are liquid leakage from the atomizer, contact with water, etc. Moisture on the electronic board destroys the board and cannot be repaired.
  • Paint. The paint of the devices and atomizers is not covered by the warranty.
    The paint of the devices and atomizers is checked before the products are shipped by the company’s staff to ensure that there are no problems with the paint.

In case of disagreement about the above, it is necessary to return the device sealed in its original condition.

GENERAL TERMS OF PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

The Company preserves the personal nature of the user’s data and may not transfer it to any third party (natural or legal person) for any reason with the exception of relevant provisions of the law and to the competent authorities only.
The Company maintains files with the personal data, which the user sends exclusively and only for communication purposes.

LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES

The website may include links to other websites which are not controlled by the Company but by third parties (natural or legal persons). The Company bears no responsibility and does not guarantee in any way for the content and privacy policy of other websites that are interconnected with the website through links.

PERSONAL DATA

The management and protection of the personal data of the website user is subject to the terms of this section as well as the relevant provisions of Greek Law on the Protection of Individuals with regard to the Processing of Personal Data as supplemented by the decisions of the President of the Personal Data Protection Committee and European Law.
The personal information collected on the website is as follows:

  1. For the user to register as a member on some of the services/pages of the website as well as for the purchase of products, the following information is requested:
    Mandatory: Name / Surname / E-mail / Telephone / Shipping Address / Postal Code
    Optional: VAT Number / Tax Office / Occupation
  2. For the visitor/user to register on the mailing lists of newsletters, the following information is requested:
    E-mail (the address of the visitor/user’s email address).

The Company may use the personal information that the user may have provided for informational purposes on matters relating to the services it provides. If the user does not wish to do so, he/she must be deleted from the mailing list. These details are not disclosed to third parties and are not in any way made public or exploited in any way. These details are used only to the extent deemed absolutely necessary to fulfill the terms and obligations of the individual services provided by the Company.

SHIPPING

To ship the goods to the desired location, we use two methods depending on the volume and weight of each order and always with a view to safe, economical and fast transportation for you.

  1. With Geniki Takhydromiki for orders of small volume and weight. Such shipments concern electronic cigarettes and small volume accessories. In this way, we ensure economy due to small volume while at the same time having safe and fast shipping since its completion is carried out in 1-2 business days.
  2. With agencies for orders of large volume and weight. Such shipments concern bulky and heavy goods. This is also the most economical shipping method, which is completed in 2 – 6 business days.

MY PREMIUM VAPE will make every reasonable effort to ensure the timely delivery of your order. However, it cannot guarantee that there will be no delays in delivery.

In any case, MY PREMIUM VAPE will contact you to verify your details and any details that we need to know about the shipment.

Products that are returned incomplete or damaged/damaged or used will NOT be reimbursed.

After we receive the products, a credit will be issued in your name, which will be credited to the account of the Bank you have indicated to us. If you have ordered a product in combination with other products in kind of an offer, then you will be asked to return the remaining products included in the said offer.

In case of receipt of a defective product, please inform us immediately (within 10 days) and we will repair or replace the product at our own expense.

The above warranty DOES NOT cover defects resulting from accident, negligence or bad/violent use.

In case you received a product that you did not order, you must inform us within 10 days, so that we can immediately replace it at our own expense.

In any case, to exercise the right of return/replacement, the returned product must be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging and with all the accessories that came with it. Products that do not meet the above will NOT be reimbursed.

Before any case of return/replacement of a product, you must first contact MY PREMIUM VAPE.

In case of receipt of the goods from our store, then the cost of shipping will not be calculated in the total order.

If you decide to exercise this right, you will be asked by MY PREMIUM VAPE to return the products you received unused, in their original packaging and with all their accompanying accessories (if any).

CONTACT

MY PREMIUM VAPE may send you e-mails regarding your orders or your account, as well as answers to your questions. MY PREMIUM VAPE may also send you e-mails with information and/or special offers about products and services that may be of interest to you, unless you indicate to us that you do not wish to receive such messages by sending us an email stating that you do not wish to receive promotional messages. If you choose not to receive promotional messages via e-mail, you may not be informed about some special offers that may be of interest to you. This option only applies to promotional e-mails, because we may deem it necessary to send e-mails regarding your account or order.

You can change your preferences regarding receiving e-mails at any time by sending us an email stating that you do not wish to receive promotional messages.

Although most of MY PREMIUM VAPE’s communication with you will be via e-mail, it may occasionally communicate with you via mail, or in other ways.
