Payment for your orders can be made in the following ways:
By credit or debit card (No cash on delivery charge) By using a debit card, you can pay the entire amount of your order. By using a credit card, you can pay for your order in interest-free installments. You can choose from 1 to 24 interest-free installments from the first euro. In this way, your order is confirmed immediately and all available products are reserved for you. During the process, you will be transferred to the secure environment of VIVAWALLET, where all the information you enter is encrypted. Payment is made through the completely secure service of the Bank. We accept MasterCard & Visa. You can always be sure of the security of your transactions as we use a modern encryption method with a 128-bit encryption protocol (SecureSockets Layer –SSL) to encrypt your information. Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
By Cash on Delivery (With additional charge) You can pay for your order by paying the carrier/courier who will deliver the package to your location. With this payment method there is an additional charge of €1, regardless of the order amount.
By bank deposit (Without cash on delivery charge) Place your order and when the collection of the products you selected is complete, we will call you to inform you of the final amount so that the deposit can be completed. You can pay for your order by bank transfer to our cooperating bank.
